If I could rate a zero I would. Please, Please do not call this company. We paid for a 4 application treatment upfront and he (John) has only shown up twice. He will not return calls and or text messages. THIS GUY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS

If the bedbugs are gone, I will give this business a 5-star rating. I did, however, see a bug on the carpet 2 days following a treatment. John, the owner/technician, did not reply to my text. I am somewhat concerned, as he has been unable to eliminate them thus far, but I am giving him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe bedbug elimination just isn't his forte. I was treated Tuesday. This is Friday. There was bedbug activity last night.
