Requested quote. Stated he was available on a specific day. Replied with my available times. And never heard back from him. He did finally apologize for the poor communication after the third email days later.
Don was fair in pricing and got the job done of replacing 10 windows. No high pressure sales or gimmicks. Very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and decision making! Would recommend for your next home improvement!
