After my initial great review I've had to deduct 3 stars. The mySafeHomeFL inspector has pointed out the hurricane clips were installed incorrectly. Mark claims they are correct, but has not contacted their inspector to get the report updated and even agreed to refund what I paid for them and then has not followed through on that yet either. I've included a pic of the clips the inspector pointed out as being installed incorrectly to this review. Very frustrating to be dealing with this months after the roof was completed.
Shopped around with 6 different companies while looking for a roof company. My wife and I couldn’t be any happier with the work from Veteran Owned Roofing. Hats off to the communication from Mike and Mark. Edwin led the crew and stayed late to make sure everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Veteran Owned Roofing for any of your roofing needs.

I can’t say enough about what a great experience we had getting our new roof. Once we were approved and received the funds we choose this company to replace our roof they gave us a great price, dealt with the insurance company, put us on the calendar quickly, showed up on time all three mornings and were very professional. I highly recommend Veteran owned Roofing.
I was wrong this roofing this company really does care.The owner himself, mike came to me and paid for my tire and was very polite.And very gracious and apologized for the convenience.Wow now that service... I'm leaving my old comment so you can see how frustrated I was. And he took care of me. God bless this man, and all that he does... It seems this company feels no responsibility for the trash.
