Michael was easy to work with, thorough, comprehensive, and personable. He was patient with my many questions. His report was well organized and produced quickly. What he found saved us a ton of hassle! I recommend his work.

We hired Michael Morana to inspect two home while we were in the process of purchasing a home last year. He was professional and answered questions promptly. We felt very confident in his thorough report. However, it turns out the report just appeared thorough. We’ve had a number of large repairs that we have undertaken since moving last year that Mr. Morana. For example, we found extensive preexisting water damage under the kitchen sink. Michael is great to work with. He inspected two properties for me. The first had hidden damage that was well beyond the scope of what I was willing to take on. The second property had a few issues, none were deal breakers. I'm almost done with the closing process and I feel like I have a very clear picture of what I'm now taking on. I also have a good sense of what needs to be done now and what should be done in the not too distant future.
