We hired Michael Morana to inspect two home while we were in the process of purchasing a home last year. He was professional and answered questions promptly. We felt very confident in his thorough report. However, it turns out the report just appeared thorough. Michael is great to work with. He inspected two properties for me. The first had hidden damage that was well beyond the scope of what I was willing to take on. The second property had a few issues, none were deal breakers. I'm almost done with the closing process and I feel like I have a very clear picture of what I'm now taking on. I also have a good sense of what needs to be done now and what should be done in the not too distant future.

This is the 3rd time I've used Veteran Edge to inspect a home purchase for me. The first time was about 6 years ago. I have been pleased with their services and they are always timely in their inspections. Their reports are always delivered less than 24-hours after they complete the inspection.
