Alex is awesome! Our garage door was damaged and we thought it might be a costly repair. After looking at it, Alex said the metal bar was bent but didn't have to be replaced. He made some adjustments to it and did general maintenance and the door moves smoother than it did before it was damaged. The door isn't perfect, but mechanically it works great. He could have told me the bar needed to be replaced, which is pretty expensive, but he didn't! I love dealing with an honest company.
TJ was excellent, explained everything to us and informative of other services your company offers. The company is very honest, they started off with a very honest quote where another company started twice as high than went down in price. TJ told us what needed to be done and explained other things we could do, but did not try to up sale to us. I will definitely use this for all my garage door needs!! Thank you so much Veteran Garage Door Repair
Professional and dependable garage door service. The staff was responsive and helpful. I would definitely hire them again.
They're response after my call was quick. They came professionally and explained all that needed to be done or improved to my garage door. The single spring broke, so they recommended and installed dual springs. They replaced all the rollers and bearings. They explained maintenance. The quote was reasonable from an established and professional organization. !!Was unexpectedly charged additional on a call back, 3 days after repairs due to slipped bearings!!
