They're response after my call was quick. They came professionally and explained all that needed to be done or improved to my garage door. The single spring broke, so they recommended and installed dual springs. They replaced all the rollers and bearings. They explained maintenance. The quote was reasonable from an established and professional organization. !!Was unexpectedly charged additional on a call back, 3 days after repairs due to slipped bearings!!

Never got pass the phone call. As a Pasadena resident I like doing business with local providers. Answering service has a rude tone and not cooperative. Shame to lose local potential new clients for bad customer service from bad phone receptionist.
