I call Veteran Garage Door Service for a repair. My cables and rollers were damaged and needed repair. Their Technician Clinton called and asked if it would be alright if he came early. Ten minutes later he was knocking at my door. He introduced himself and when straight to work. He kept me informed during the entire repair process. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He is a definite asset to your company. I would absolutely recommend him and your company to all my neighbors. Keep up the good work!!
Extremely impressed. Called early afternoon on a Saturday and was able to land a same day service at 6. Was told technician would call 30 minutes prior to arrival and he did. Arrived at 6. Veteran Garage Door Service was amazing! They scheduled us quickly and even came out on July 4th to diagnose and repair our problem with no added cost for it being a holiday. Prices were reasonable and customer service was incredible! We highly recommend them and will be using them for any future garage door needs.
These guys did a good job on my garage door. Initially there were some issues with measurements on the door, but they came out and replaced a panel to make it right without question. Integrity. You don't find many companies nowadays with it, but these guys have it. Quality installation, good communication, and fair pricing. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Came out same day to troubleshoot our issue due to lightning strike. They were able to get the parts & repair our garage door opener within 2 days. Clinton was very professional & kept us informed through the entire process. He even reached out to the manufacturer on our behalf to check warranty coverage. I would recommend this company.
