Appt was scheduled for 10am to 12pm on a Saturday. At 12pm tech had not contacted me prior to appt. Had to call office at 12pm. Office in formed me tech will arrive in 45 minutes. When tech arrived he was very professional and got right to work. Quoted reasonable price and completed work very quickly. Only gave 4 stars because of not communicating and being late. I still strongly recommend.
Very professional. Extremely courteous. Explained everything and did exactly what he said he would do. Very happy with his execution. My doors were bad off and he took the time to get them right with no complaints. Great guy. Definitely recommend. Will use again if I have another garage door issue.

I call Veteran Garage Door Service for a repair. My cables and rollers were damaged and needed repair. Their Technician Clinton called and asked if it would be alright if he came early. Ten minutes later he was knocking at my door. He introduced himself and when straight to work. He kept me informed during the entire repair process. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He is a definite asset to your company. I would absolutely recommend him and your company to all my neighbors. Keep up the good work!!
