I had a garage door spring break. I called Veteran Garage Door Repair and the receptionist was very friendly and courteous. She dispatched a technician to my house the next morning and Jordan was able to show up a little early. He was very professional and did a GREAT job with my repair. All quoted costs were "out-the-door" with no hidden costs of fees. This company did a great job with following up with me ensuring I was satisfied with the repair. I HIGHLY recommend Veteran Garage Door Repair!!!
Excellent service, professional and prompt arrival on a Sunday. Technician Dylan(sp?) called to let me know when he would arrive. Once he took a look at the issue, he gave us a couple of different options for us to pick from both of which were reasonable prices. He completed the work and our garage door has never worked better and is so much quieter than it was. I highly recommend Veteran Garage Door Repair.
The best experience with a garage door company, ever. We had a spring break and I reached out to three companies. Veteran Garage Door Repair was the only one who returned my call, and they did so promptly. We scheduled an appointment and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The Technician, Christian R, was very polite, worked efficiently, and got us back to normal very quickly. I highly recommend you give them a try if you have garage door needs. Completely satisfied customer here!
The technician was great. Whoever is in charge of scheduling wasn’t super professional while texting, and incorrectly scheduled us which had the tech come a whole day early which was annoying but at least the garage door is fixed. We needed our door put back on the track and everything is working now. Tech- 10/10. Scheduling and customer service person- 7/10.
On 04/25/2024 Veteran Garage door was contracted to replace a broken belt on a Liftmaster garage door opener. The technician before checking anything said that the complete unit needed to be replaced because when the belt breaks, the unit is too old. After improperly installing the belt the door would not operate properly because it was at the wrong end of the limit switch.
