I was very happy with how fast Veteran Garage Door got technician Oscar out to our home. Oscar quickly diagnosed the problem, which was not repairable. He had a new machine on his truck and had it installed in about an hour. I normally do this kind of work myself, but for the convenience and the time savings, I felt the installation cost was very reasonable. I’ll be happy to recommend Oscar and Veteran Garage Door to anyone with garage door service needs.

Our remotes wouldn’t work with our garage door openers any longer. Made an appointment on Saturday for Saturday. Clayton called to let us know ETA within time promised and arrived on time. Consulted with us about our opener problem. And installed new much quieter garage door opener that works perfectly in less than 2 hours. We are happy customers.
Can’t beat this company on their outstanding customer service & communication skills as well as taking a good look at our garage door & listening to the different sounds it was making. Boiled down to just needing maintenance work oiling , cleaning, and adjusting screws which were performed at 8:30 pm on a Friday night which we had no problem with. I have shared veterans info with our friends !!!
