We had Jordan (their repair tech) come out to do a spring repair, and he was about to take care of it for me. However, after taking closer look at all the age and wear on the 20 year old door, I decided to have the whole door replaced. It took them about 50 minutes from showing up, to removing the old, installing the new track and door, and cleaning up. Everyone I dealt with and talked too both in person and on the phone were very professional.
I would definitely recommend this company. They were fast, efficient, and affordable. They had the tech Jordan come out the same day within an hour or so. He was kind, answered all of my questions, and got my spring fixed in no time. He showed excellent customer service. I will use them again for sure. The reviews are right, this is a 5 star company.
I called Veterans after nearly 4 years of my garage door not being usable. Due to the recent uptick of crime and theft in our area, I checked online for a recommendation to finally repair. Veterans scheduled me for next day, and after a very affordable repair and update my door is 100% functional plus warranty on all parts and labor! The technicians were fantastic, real friendly and explained everything for me. I also like that they have a trainee on site as well, always glad to be useful for someone's career path.
My 16'x7 torsion spring-operated garage door was starting to sag. I made a replacement repair by calling Veteran Garage Door Repair. I got a fair phone price and same-day service. Sam (tech) showed up on time, fixed the springs, and suggested further replacements. He also told me how to lubricate the springs and when to do it. Superb assistance and reasonable costs. I will call them if I ever have problems with my garage door again. Satisfied customer!
Couldn't be happier with the service. They came out the same day for a spring repair. Christian assessed the problem and made a couple no pressure suggestions for a better experience.
