Needed our garage door reset, with remotes and sensors replaced. Called them on Tuesday and they showed up today Wednesday. Jordan also reprogrammed our keypad, and grease the garage door to be quieter. Thank you Jordan J. for the prompt fix and professionalism. They also gave us a veteran discount, will definitely call them up again if we need them.
Very professional install and follow-up to fix a small problem. I would highly recommend this company.They do excellent work. If I could go higher than five stars, I sure would!! Great job guys!!
Jordan showed up early (awesome) and weighed the garage door and identified I had springs for a 150 pound door but, my door weighs 207 ( insulated door) and he had the correct springs on the truck. He changed both springs, adjusted the opener, did an inspection on everything else and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Fast service and very courteous. Price was right in line ! I recommend Veteran Garage Door and give them 5 stars !
Jordan was there first thing the next morning and was extremely knowledgeable. He provided options and recommended not spending on unnecessary new parts. He got it fixed in less than an hour and it’s working great. Would highly recommend.
Our garage door came off track after 4pm. I called and a technician was able to arrive about 15 minutes later. Jordan was amazing and repaired the door quickly! Price is reasonable and highly recommend
