Veterans Garage Door Repair is the utmost best garage door company I have ever dealt with. The tech, Antoine, who came to repair/replace my garage door opener, was such a sweetheart. He was very cordial, polite and knowledgeable of his job. Veteran Garage Door came out and did an amazing job getting our garage door in proper working order. The technician was friendly, informative, and thorough. The price was also very reasonable. We will absolutely be using them for any and all future garage door needs.
We had this company replace a door for us and they did complete the installation satisfactorily. We paid 50% for the replacement in advance. When the installer replaced the door, he did not come into the store to get the balance of his payment and the instructions as to where to leave the 5 non-damaged panels. My concern is the lack of effort to communicate with customers by the installers for this company. Excellent communication, follow thru & at a great price! We felt we weren't being taken advantage of at all! The workmanship was also outstanding! Dylan & Kaitlan were very professional when dealing with us! The garage door is running smoother than it ever has!
Tec was great. Same guy who did the new install. New what he was doing and explained everything well. This was a warranty repair. Recommend this company highly.
