The installation tech Kevin arrived on time. After scoping out the job he quoted me a price and got my approval to begin the repair. After completing the repair it was found that the LiftMaster needed to replaced. After giving me a quote for the replacement, I agreed to have it replaced. Keven replaced the LiftMaster and helped set my remote openers. Kevin then had me pay for his installation, cleaned up and headed to his next job.
