Sergio was the technical that worked on my garage door. Excellent service and great price on the work done today. Would highly recommend Veteran Garage Door repair for repairs on your garage door.
I called them at 4:53pm just to see if I could get an appointment sometime this week, not only did they say they could come out and give me a free estimate but they could be at my house between 6-8pm same day to look at it. Antione called me 5 minutes later and said he was on the way. He actually showed up at 5:40pm and not only evaluated my garage door but had it fixed all before 6:40pm. Veteran Garage Door was an excellent company to work with. They were prompt , and professional. Sergio , their technician was very helpful, courteous and friendly. We used another garage door repair company almost 2 years ago ( Full House Garage Repair) and they not only used incorrect hardware which had to be replaced by Veterans but they charged us an OUTRAGEOUS amount. Thank you!!! Mauricio was excellent. He was a total professional, did not leave any mess, he knew what he was doing and had to get creative to figure out how to fix my 75 yr.old garage door. We ultimately needed a new motor. Now, it's quiet, safe, even has a camera and remote control! Now I can put the trash out late and not wake up the neighbors! I wasn't expecting such a fancy solution. Mauricio was careful around my dogs and got the job done as quickly and professionally as possible. Thanks!!!
