I called them at 4:53pm just to see if I could get an appointment sometime this week, not only did they say they could come out and give me a free estimate but they could be at my house between 6-8pm same day to look at it. Antione called me 5 minutes later and said he was on the way. He actually showed up at 5:40pm and not only evaluated my garage door but had it fixed all before 6:40pm. Thank you!!! Mauricio was excellent. He was a total professional, did not leave any mess, he knew what he was doing and had to get creative to figure out how to fix my 75 yr.old garage door. We ultimately needed a new motor. Now, it's quiet, safe, even has a camera and remote control! Now I can put the trash out late and not wake up the neighbors! I wasn't expecting such a fancy solution. Mauricio was careful around my dogs and got the job done as quickly and professionally as possible. Thanks!!!
Antoine came out and worked magic with my garage door, saving me from buying a new one. I also needed to replace my opener, and he came back and did that as well. I didn’t realize that garage door was supposed to work so smoothly. I could lift it up with my finger after he was done. They were prompt and the price was great, and Kevin the tech was friendly and finished the job very quickly. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I recommend veteran garage door repair to anybody who needs work done on the garage door.
Sergio was amazing! Showed up early, was super friendly explained everything that was wrong. Installed a new garage door opener the same day, I think my garage door is cleaner now than when he got here. Amazing service! Definitely the only place I’m calling now if there is ever an issue in the future.
