I called Veteran Garage Door this morning and spoke with a real person within a minute. They scheduled a technician who came and repaired the garage door. Excellent service overall and would recommend their service to anyone else with similar problem. Thank you!
David came out and looked at my existing unit (2027 model). It was experiencing times of not working at all and not working properly. The spring broke on my garage door and they came out same day and fixed it. The tech, Dillon was friendly and explained everything. Fair price. I received quotes from 2 other companies too. He went above and beyond and helped get MyQ set up too! Highly recommend!
Great service will use them again. Did a wonderful job installing a door opener motor.
Garage door would not open and was stuck with gap at bottom. Called late yesterday and they set an appointment for 10-12 today. Joe, the technician showed around 10:15, diagnosed the problem as broken springs, gave me very reasonable estimate and performed service quickly and efficiently. He also was very personable. Customer service called shortly after he left to confirm everything went well. Would highly recommend this company for any garage door issues.
