I replaced my garage door back in 2022 with Veterans and they were terrific and the price was very reasonable compared to others. I called them recently for an issue with my opener and received the same great service and reasonable price. I never hesitate to give someone a referral to them,
Technician, Jo, came out 30 minutes after I called to schedule an appointment for spring replacements. The visit was free with no obligations. Jo inspected my door and springs and provided a quote with recommendations. I approved the work and he got right to work. After all was finished, he explained the work, warranties and took payment. I ended up calling him that day to review the door balance and he came back immediately to check and rebalance. Great service!
Garage door would not open and was stuck with gap at bottom. Called late yesterday and they set an appointment for 10-12 today. Joe, the technician showed around 10:15, diagnosed the problem as broken springs, gave me very reasonable estimate and performed service quickly and efficiently. He also was very personable. Customer service called shortly after he left to confirm everything went well. Would highly recommend this company for any garage door issues.
Our garage door cable that lifts it broke and they came within 24 hours on a weekend and had it fixed within an hour. Very professional. The service was so good we had them come back a few days later to install a new garage door opener we had bought. Highly recommend due to very professional, thorough and did excellent work!
David was excellent. He did not try to upsell me anything that I didn't need. He assessed the problem, And quickly came up with a solution and it was repaired on the spot, and only took about an hour for the complete process and repair. This is my new garage door company for now on. And we really did love that this was a company that is owned and run by a veteran. Because my father in law is a veteran and I have veteran friends, so we like to help out the veteran community. Thank y'all so mucho!
