Was so impressed to call late afternoon and get service within 1 hr that day. Communications were friendly and professional and they noted technician arrival timing and name. Kevin was great and somehow repaired bent rail, replaced worn roller parts and serviced garage door operation all in a bit over 1 hr. Also got great tips for annual garage door care. Thank you!!
My garage door spring broke, and I called Veterans Garage Door to get a quote to install a new spring. The same day I called they sent a tech out to do a free estimate on the repairs needed. Garage door tech Kevin came out and gave me a quote for the repairs that was needed, and explained to me what kind of repairs needed to be done and the parts that was needed for the job. Veteran Garage Door came out to my house and changed our whole spring system. The technician, TJ was absolutely amazing! He helped explain the whole process and was able to get everything changed out in less than an hour. I had other garage companies come out for a quote, but Veteran Garage Door beat them all!
