Brandon did a great job repairing the garage door and lubricating the wheels. I also asked him to reprogram the code for security. He was efficient, courteous and competent in his skills. Tech vame out and knew right away that the spring had broken. Type is one that the building contractor installed, cheap kind, and they do not service and can't warranty because it is cheap. Told me that I could probably find someone to fix it. I opted to have them replace it. The tech, Dillon, was very informative and knew his business. Finished in short time. Prompt and very professional. Josh listened to my history since the initial installation of this door (by a different company and we’ve had numerous issues) and patiently explained the recommended troubleshooting steps. He was quick and explained everything he did and the results were great. I’m not sure why previous visits from the installer did not go like this.
