Heading to court with them. Save yourself the hassle. The old owner, Michael Baum, started our fireplace replacement when he was working for Nick. He sold the business to him months before he sold me the fireplace but did not tell me until I was paid up. That was 10 months ago and no install, no responsibility from either of them, and I'm taking all to small claims court now. Don't work with these thieves.

My husband and I bought a pellet stove and had Veteran Chimney install it. The previous owner installed it and stated we didn’t need a permit. We decided to end up selling our house and ended up needing a permit, and previous owners didn’t even follow the directions of installation!! I ended up getting the permit, (city of Nashua was fantastic working with me! )and had the building inspector come out, now Veteran Chimney new and previous owners are not answering me and not fixing it! Go somewhere else for installation becaus... read more

(Not their fault) however I chased them down to finish the work they started. Then I had to chase them down to try and schedule a time for them to replace the pellet stove. NO ANSWER! I finally call a new company. They came out and conducted an inspection on the NEVER BEFORE USED CHIMNEY! Failed, water is getting through the cap, the flue is pieced t... read more

We called for an evaluation of water leaking around our chimney. Waited about 3 weeks for them to come out (paid $175) and the workers said that ours was an unusual case and that the owner would call us in a couple of days with the quote or the recommendations. After a few more calls to them and promises that a guy by the name of Mike would call us, we have yet to hear a word from them. Got nothing for our money...not even a phone call.
