This guy is a cowboy. His work is incomplete and never good. He does not complete or correct his work. He uses the incorrect materials and always cuts corners. No apologies and never his problem. His staff do not know what advice to give and the advice is always incorrect. After other chimney establishments checked his work, they all said he had not completed his work or done it right.
