Sam is one of the top appraisers in the Spokane and surrounding areas in my opinion and I highly recommend him for accurate results. We have used him when we noticed errors on our Banks report that they received during a refinance. From speaking to Sam, he focuses on true values, not just opinions when looking on how to appraise homes or property. Sam berg did an appraisal review for me and saw many discrepancies in my original appraisal with another company . So thankful he was able to help me show what was wrong so the original appraisers could fix what they did wrong! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
The owner Sam Berg was extremely rude and unprofessional. He single handedly tanked the deal of which the last step was his appraisal. The man said our pool was faulty because at the end of winter when the pool has not been opened up and cleaned yet, there was algae… not only that he requested several things be done very specifically.
