The owner Sam Berg was extremely rude and unprofessional. He single handedly tanked the deal of which the last step was his appraisal. The man said our pool was faulty because at the end of winter when the pool has not been opened up and cleaned yet, there was algae… not only that he requested several things be done very specifically. I hired contractors to do the work but they wanted specifics. I asked my realtor for the specifics and he stated Sam would not give them.
