First off, my therapist was awesome. Nothing bad to say about him. Everything else was incredibly frustrating. I'm on a very run-of-the-mill antidepressant. My original prescription was through a doctor in my previous location, so I needed a new prescriber. In order to get my prescription, I had to have a zoom meeting with a psychiatrist (understandable, I know psychologists can't prescribe) EVERY month.
