I called this company today (Sunday) after I had another local company come out Friday and tell me that my compressor is broken, I am leaking gas and I need a new unit and there was nothing he could do to fix it or repair it to hold me over until he could put the new unit in or order a new compressor...well I am now sitting in a cool home writing this review!!! Veteran Air came highly recommended by a good friend of mine. A very nice young man Jack came out, did a diagnostic and blew out the pipes $187.00. An hour later, there was still dripping on my hallway floor, & my ceiling wet with the popcorn ceiling dropping on my floor, so I called Veteran Air again. Owner & his wife came out, he told me the bottom was rusted out & said I needed a new unit 3 ton $6715.00- the $187.00 pd earlier=$6528.00.
