1. Scheduled the appointment online. 2. Got a call from the clinic to confirm appointment, and assess needs. 3. Was seen a week from the online scheduling date. 4. Clean facility, caring and friendly VA staff. 5. Not sure it gets much better than that!
That book appointments and don’t call to see if you are available for that day. Big attitude from a female at checkout . Always snotty.
Doctors don’t show up! then they call and say your appointment is canceled! and after multiple calls and messages I finally have to go up there! and I called their phone line on speaker phone in person at the clinic! and no phone rang behind the desk! It takes weeks to get an appointment just for a simple ear infection! Your better off wasting gas and driving to Nashville and going to their ER before waiting for a freaking appointment through Columbia TN VA, I never rewrite bad reviews but I’ve had enough of them never retur... read more
This clinic is the epitome of everything wrong with the VA Healthcare system. Expect to be very disappointed. Expect it to take months for an appointment. Expect them to cancel your appointments that you took work off for, without talking to you, which you also just waited months for. Expect to leave message after message and never be called back.
