Unresponsive and clueless. Say they have sent referrals that no one has received. Seem completely disinterested in their patients. Phone staff never have answers and make excuses for every single delay rather than fixing problems.

Moved in with younger brother. Changed to VA health care in Greeneville South Carolina . I had no idea how little they did for me in texas. Showed for appt. And no doctor. No reimbursement for travel, did very little. These guys in S.C. are incredible. They done more to help me in three months, than texarkans did in 3 years. WARMING
