Horrible experience. Would strongly recommend finding another vet.
If I could give a ZERO - I would - run away from this clinic!!! Rude receptionist that doesn't know how to handle clients and the only thing they do is give you unnecessary exams to get more $$$ out of you!!! Spent thousands yes! Thousands and it was all for nothing with a bunch of BS “treatments” - do yourself and your animal a favor and find another proper vet dermatologist clinic.
I was quoted 400$ ish dollars for the appointment and to my surprise at the counter it was almost 1000$ after taxes for 0 progress on the issue I am happy to pay whatever for my pet but this was insane and when I canceled my follow up appointment that I totally forgot was made there on my first appointment, I was threatened with a late fee... i cancled 3 days before the follow up appointment as if I would ever return to these clowns understaffed waited 45 minutes on my first appointment for someone to walk in a greet myself ... read more
We went to vetderm for a year for our bully. After spending 10s of thousands of dollars our dog is down 20 pounds from dozens of different types of pills he was given. We were told to come in for continuous tests when his condition was obvious. We were left with no solution and our dogs infections continued to intensify. This place is a money grab, their initial suggestion is months of pills to "lower infection" then they tell you they will provide immunotherapy.
