They give a lot of good information. Staff friendly But be prepared to spend thousands. We have done the initial consult, allergy testing ear cyst removal plus meds treatments etc so far costing us close to 5000$. We only budgeted 2000$ from what our family vet had mentioned. We haven’t desensitized him yet but that will cost 500$ per injection for the next year(s). Unsure if all of this will worth it for our dog…tbc.
If the specialist himself tells you there is no cure for allergies what's the point of bringing your pet in... i walked out with 1200$ bill just to hear he has allergies which we already know i had allergies test done from my vet. And they done the same tests again which my vet already has done before. And charged me for the next appointment without informing me.
Horrible experience. Would strongly recommend finding another vet.
If I could give a ZERO - I would - run away from this clinic!!! Rude receptionist that doesn't know how to handle clients and the only thing they do is give you unnecessary exams to get more $$$ out of you!!! Spent thousands yes! Thousands and it was all for nothing with a bunch of BS “treatments” - do yourself and your animal a favor and find another proper vet dermatologist clinic.
