Good customer service . It would be nice to increase the staff to one more veterinarian. They ran a little behind but it was worth the wait.
The corporate greed is sickening. What’s the point going to vetco if ya’ll won’t work together. Lady on the phone was pretty rude. I’m finding a private vet over this nonsense.
Send several text reminding me to be early, including to the day of. I was early and nobody was there till after my appointment time..
