Went to the one on 22nd and it took 2 hours for our dog to be seen. Our appointment was at 9:45 and it’s now 11:30am. Unacceptable that they don’t know how to manage their time better.

Terrible customer service. My online appointment was screwed up and I had to complete all the information again when I arrived. For my follow-up appointment The team was about 45 minutes late. I was not able to wait for the heartworm test to process and they told me I could pick up the medication in the afternoon at another location.
