The process was unclear. We didn’t know we had to check in or where to check in like many other people in the line. We checked after waiting in line for a while. After we checked in we had to wait in line for an hour. Then my puppy freaked out because she was getting shots and microchipped. She started crying, barking, trying to escape the vet and vet tecs hold. Walked in and said hello to employee, employee made eye contact and just walked away without a peep. Not much variety, still got what I needed but Pet co check on your employees, they're clearly not happy to work here.
