I am very disappointed in the lack of information given, furthermore... The employees are either not capable, understanding, or not willing to do what actual veterinarians do. Courtesy does not make up for wasting peoples time, and if you're not going to be able to do veterinarian tasks, then... Maybe changing your name from "vetco," to something more enlightening to what tasks you will perform for animal owners.
