Very disappointed! 3 weeks ago I brought my Goldendoodle in and the appointment was at 4:55 there was an accident so I got there at 5:00. I called Petco to let you guys know. The site said that we had a 5 minute grace period. I ran into the store and was told I arrived at 5:02. Which was an outright lie. I was met at the door met by a young girl who was so rude and and pretended to be looking on her iPad like she was actually trying to help me. Great service and great staff and showed concern for my grand dog. My son and I took him to Petco and had an appointment with Vetco.The price was also more reasonable than going to a veterinarian’s office.
