First time at this location, everyone was very nice, patient compassionate did a great job. I would definitely go back. I brought my 3 shepherds Annie Abby & Cora. Vet techs were super fast. Just an all around great experience. Thank you all for taking such good care of my pups!
Staff was very friendly. However they forgot to give us the printed proof of vaccination and we have not received anything via email either. Can someone please help us getting the information?
The doctor does not document chart or update your pets chart. Rushed out, “prescription will be uploaded in chart”. Never was done! When you call Vetco directly they tell you, you have to bring your pet in again to be seen to discuss heartworm prescription. So your time and money for them not doing their job. Made the mistake taking my dog here. Lesson learned!
I felt a little intimidated during this visit seeing how I never let my pets get so matted and due to the situations I became in I was unable to get my dog groomed before she had her Rabies shot due to nursing and so forth and the vets words were a little cutting and the information on her chart talks about all the Matt’s but not the circumstances so before passing judgment and giving an opinion I feel like you should get the whole picture and not just a part.
