Terrible experience. Our kitten has been to multiple vet offices AND Vetco clinic before. Absolutely no issues, a perfect gentleman, very sociable, and he was handled with care that allowed him to feel safe. This last visit was absolutely the opposite of that (March 7th). The assistant lady was immediately very aggressive with him squeezing him and jerking him out of his carrier. The vet was very obviously nervous even though he hadn’t moved or made a peep yet.
