Extremely disorganized!!! Took forever to get checked in. First, they had lost our records. They wanted to give my dog shots based on what they believed she might have had. They tried to sell things we didn’t want or come in for. There was also no exam whatsoever. I had some questions about my dog. Neither person in attendance would answer. Felt they couldn’t get us out of there quick enough. My dog was seen for about 2 to 3 minutes max. Not impressed at all.
