The Vetco staff would get a 5. But the Petco website for scheduling appointments needs some help. I made an appointment, but needed to change it to later in the day. I cancelled it online ... then booked the time I wanted that was still available. I got the appropriate texts reminding me - no problem. But when I arrived, Petco didn't have my appointment in their record. Thankfully, they were able to slip me in for the vaccines. But seriously, Petco - FIX YOUR WEBSITE!
Vetco reception is the absolute worst. They do not inform you of important timelines for shot information and they upsell you and make you do shots as boosters. The girl I spoke with was incredibly rude. The doctors were great though. In case anyone else doesn't know they want you to get the shot 30 days BEFORE it expires to get another 3 year rabies shot or they make you do a 1 year! Garbage!

had an appt at 620. got a text confirming 620 appt. then got a call saying they were open any time up until 620, we live 30 mins away so couldn't come sooner but left when wed planned and were able to. then i get a random text saying my appt is at 610. (definitely wasnt) got there 2 mins late (622) because I couldn't find where they were inside the store right away and was told they could no longer do my dogs shot today. glad I wasted an hour for nothing.
