had an appt at 620. got a text confirming 620 appt. then got a call saying they were open any time up until 620, we live 30 mins away so couldn't come sooner but left when wed planned and were able to. then i get a random text saying my appt is at 610. (definitely wasnt) got there 2 mins late (622) because I couldn't find where they were inside the store right away and was told they could no longer do my dogs shot today. glad I wasted an hour for nothing.
I had an appointment yet had to wait in a line for 30-40 minutes. At check in requested a three year rabies vaccine and when I got my paperwork it was only a one year. Very disorganized and weird how the people kept saying they were not related to Petco - different entity yet you paid at Petco for the services. Had no access to medical records that I shared with Petco.
Vetco clinics are a great place at to get your pet vaccinated at a reasonable price. The vets are caring and compassionate. Keep up this great work!!
Fast friendly service. They were great with my nervous dog.
Took my two huskies there one of them wanted to be a little bit of a pain. The staff and the vet was amazing. They said that we could take one of the dogs outside for the time being and bring the other one back in when it was his time, they were so amazing they did so well, I am so happy will recommend every single time.
