I called to get a one time appointment for rabies shot, to get our new puppy across the border. The girl Christa at front desk was super helpful. She filled out the form and set up everything for me and I got a confirmation text while I was still on the phone with her. It’s a big thing for me as we aren’t their regular customers and won’t even see them, still she spent time helping me.
I normally am with my dogs and was not allowed even near when the exam and vaccination were done. I’m traveling and needed the rabies or would not have even allowed it. Frustrating.
The check-in process was efficient, and the veterinary staff was friendly. Our three dogs received excellent care.
