Don’t get me wrong, Dr Chan is amazing. But that’s it. My cat has to take several meds, and it’s a nightmare to get the prescription filled with this vet. I don’t know if they are understaff or if it’s an organization issue, but they keep loosing the prescriptions, and I usually have to call them several times and wait a week to get them to only approve the meds. The limited hours they are open doesn’t help either. Bottom line: if your pet doesn’t have any issues, you’re all good. Otherwise, find another vet.
Closed on weekends, closed on Monday, I mean when are you open? No sign at the doors, nothing. And it was unlocked, so I was waiting for 10-15 minutes. So finally someone from the store saw me and told me that they are not working today.
Imagine taking your dog to the vet, they injure him, then you have to pay for the visit. That’s the service you get at Vetco. I brought my dog in for an injured dewclaw, we discuss, they take him to the back. I hear him howling and they bring him back to me bleeding with a trail of blood all over the floor. They literally injured another dewclaw and brought him back as if nothing happened.
