I started off liking (not loving) this clinic for the convenient location, but it seems like the primary vet, Dr. Chan, has since left and the services are now much more limited. Since Dr. Chan left, it's been very difficult to get in touch with anyone on the phone, and the location hours listed online are not consistent with the voicemail OR what's happening in real life (I've visited multiple times during business hours, only to find that it's totally closed, with no sign or anything). Cancelled appointments last second. Over 1 hour wait times
Don’t get me wrong, Dr Chan is amazing. But that’s it. My cat has to take several meds, and it’s a nightmare to get the prescription filled with this vet. I don’t know if they are understaff or if it’s an organization issue, but they keep loosing the prescriptions, and I usually have to call them several times and wait a week to get them to only approve the meds. The limited hours they are open doesn’t help either. Bottom line: if your pet doesn’t have any issues, you’re all good. Otherwise, find another vet.
