I visited this Vetco last Saturday to get my dog’s yearly vaccines. I had had negative experiences at other Vetcos, so I was skeptical about this one. This Vetco Total Care is poorly managed. First they declined my dog's prescription for no reason and did not pick up the phone or call back for a week. I had to just keep sending the order until they approved it. They also never sent me a post visit summary or uploaded it anywhere in my account so I couldn't take my dog for his boosters as I had no vaccine history to show them. I will not be using this location again.
Started coming here because of all the amazing reviews with Dr. Chan. My dog saw her 2x and I really really liked her. After that, went in another time for an emergency visit and got another vet which I was fine with. But it wasn't until I called to schedule a neuter that I was informed that Dr. Chan left earlier this year. Shouldn't they at least send out an email saying that?
