This entire Vetco Clinic/Vetco Hospital is a whole headache and a half. Their computer system, which stores the vaccination records of your pets, do not interact with each other. It seems like the clinic and the hospital don’t interact at all either, regardless of providing vaccinations at both locations. Either way, our dog has come to both the clinic and the hospital for his shots, but getting the records of said shots? Has been impossible. I had vaccinations for my cat done at the Sugarhouse location. She had an allergic reaction to them that night, it was bad but not fully life threatening. So I stayed up all night with her, to take her back in the next day. BUT SURPRISE THEY WERE CLOSED! And will Be closed for 6 days!!!! My pet is having issues with YOUR service, and I’m told - “oh well, we are closed, hope you don’t die till next week! “ NEVER- NEVER TRUST THEM!
We have had great experiences with vetco for my dogs vaccines. They are so patient and kind with my anxious reactive dog. My only complaint is not being able to get in touch with them, I have called a couple times and usually get voicemail and when I leave a callback number I don’t hear back from them.
