It was my nine year beagle mix first doctors appointment thay I know of. I got her from a homeless friend of mine. Anyway, the staff at keizer vetco are amazing . From the friendly lady at the front desk to the vet assistant who was very thorough and friendly and quite frankly seemed qualified to run the whole show . When out of office, no phone message telling you that. If you leave a voice message, they don’t call back. Very frustrating trying to get prescriptions refilled.
They had to help me with a very sad experience of putting a loved furr baby down. I can honestly say I appreciate the direct but sensitive approach they had. Realistic transparency is very important and they made me feel comfortable in my time of grief.
Vetco has been great. We have been taking Missy there since she was 8 weeks old.
Super friendly staff. Brought my puppy in and they were quick to get him in and out. Easy to schedule and they can get you in fast.
