When a consumer follows guidelines and protocol and employees can’t do their jobs there’s no point in paying for a service. Confirmed appointment 3 times checked in as instructed and waited until notified as instructed. Never notified. Called to inquire and was told they were experiencing computer difficulties. Too bad they couldn’t just be honest and admit to not doing their job. 3 customers checked in after us and they for some reason didn’t experience any difficulties.
