They basically immediately took my dog to the back and left us alone in a STIFLING hot room for about 30-40 minutes with no updates. They did not do a single part of ANY exam in front of us even though they were going to charge us for a comprehensive wellness exam. We had to specifically ask about her health/weight/etc because it was not shared with us by the vet or technicians. Took our dog there they said he need to be to rest but took him to other place he doing totally find now .
I absolutely love bringing my dogs here! Doctor Taylor was so very kind to my pets, and he did such a great job giving them what they needed. He answered all my questions and was great at communicating. Kevin, the vet’s assistant was so mega awesome! You can tell that he definitely loves his job. He was so attentive to my puppies and let them be themselves without any judgement. Had my first interaction With Dr Simon He was Wonderful. I have been coming to this vet for over a year now and I absolutely love the way they handle the customers as well as the patients. They are exceptionally with my pets and you always know what urr getting as they tell you upfront and give you options. Amazing for a veterinarian office I highly recommend them
The doctor and staff were very nice, but I've waited two weeks for my dog's blood test results. I've called three times and no one has ever called back. Are you that backlogged? Did you lose the sample? Did a space alien come down and steal the blood to do some psychic mind control on her? I guess I'll never know. But I definitely paid for it, so I deserve some answers/results.
