Always a pleasant experience.
Last time I took my dog to get her vaccines here the ladies were super grumpy, no patience whatsoever. It seemed like they'd rather be binge-watching their favorite show than actually working. I'd rather take my dog to a better place where the people are nicer and we'll feel more welcome.
This is not meant to be an overall negative review, but discerning dog owners should know this. The staff was very nice, and they gave me quite the discount which was very helpful, but the environment was not good for my dog. I expected an office setting, sort of like they have in Walmart, but we were treated in the middle of the isles around customers and other animals.
