Excellent caring vets! You were so patient with my big scared girl, thank you!
One star is more than this place deserves. I brought in 2 working dogs and the experience felt completely unprofessional and unsafe. At one point, a staff member grabbed my dog’s muzzle without asking, seemingly to prove she could handle him. That’s not confidence, that’s exactly how people get bit. The muzzle is there for safety, not for someone to test boundaries or turn handling into a challenge. My dog is social and stable, which is the only reason this didn’t turn into a serious incident. The vet was very nice. However, the techs were not professional and kept making inappropriate comments about my dogs. One lady even made a comment about how “last time” though they had never been to vetco vaccine clinic in the springs area and then when I corrected it where unprofessional again. Do better or employee better people.
My dog is very nervous around new people but the staff took there time to make her comfortable and it was extremely appreciated.
