One star is more than this place deserves. I brought in 2 working dogs and the experience felt completely unprofessional and unsafe. At one point, a staff member grabbed my dog’s muzzle without asking, seemingly to prove she could handle him. That’s not confidence, that’s exactly how people get bit. The muzzle is there for safety, not for someone to test boundaries or turn handling into a challenge. My dog is social and stable, which is the only reason this didn’t turn into a serious incident.
