Staff is pretty cool,always find what our fur babies need!
It's a little difficult getting help but once I got it they're very helpful
We did not know of the recent policy change of not accepting handwritten prescriptions. We didn’t encounter an issue using it with other Petcos in the Inland Empire. The policy change is not the issue, but the way we were treated was. The employee with the purple hair had an absolutely abhorrent attitude when informing us that we weren’t allowed to use the prescription anymore, but still let us check out.
