You never want to have to go to such a place, but I was blown away, even in my distress, by how competent and compassionate the staff were! The vet, Dr. ********** was amazing, and her tech *** (I think that was his name) really went above and beyond anything I hoped for. They're an hour's drive away from me, but I still wish they could take care of my animals every time we need them. But hopefully, we won't be having regular emergencies! So heartbroken and disappointed. Took my cat there as an emergency thinking my cat was dying . Was assured SEVERAL times the cat WAS NOT dying . Preformed several tests , paid for meds for follow up appointment's , prescribed a new diet . Reassured AGAIN the cat wasn’t dying and why would I think that ? SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars later . Came home relieved to know my kitty was going to be ok ! Couldn’t thank them enough! Less than 24 hours later my cat was dead ! Called and left a message. No call back .
