Though I don’t live in Delaware, or patronize Vetcare Animal Wellness Clinic of Delaware, I know that any hospital that has Dr. Dawn Keith on staff is a quality establishment. Having worked with Dr Keith, I know her to be one of the most caring, loving people you could ask for in a veterinarian. Kristi J. Robinson
The staff is always very helpful and welcoming! I’ve had to bring my dog and cat in while carrrying my infant and they have offered to help me get my animals in the car. Dr.Keith is also an amazing vet and always provides the most thorough care for my animals. I drive 25 minutes to see her and it’s worth it!
This clinic was very accommodating to my needs in regards to scheduling which is always a plus. Very Friendly, knowledgeable staff, especially Dr. Keith, she's seen all three of my fur babies ranging from 15 years old to one year old. She's very caring and determined to figure out what's wrong with my pups whenever they are sick. Definitely a great place to go!
The staff and Doctors are fantastic! Dr Keith looks after my pets and her knowledge and compassion is indisputable!
Zero compassion for their patients and owners. Poor quality care. It also seems odd that my review had been the most recent one in 5 months and then after my negative post, there seemed to be several positive reviews (that I felt were posted in order to discredit my experience) all who are friends with Dr. Kieth.. coincidence?
I cannot express our gratitude we have to the employees of Vetcare. The compassion everyone showed us, was amazing.... especially dealing with the unforeseen circumstances that we were put in. Thank you to everyone there for making this difficult time a little easier for our family.
They are so kind, caring, and patient with our pets (Troy, Abed, and Vega) and with us. We feel like they love our pets as much as we do. We ask a lot of questions and they are so accommodating. We feel so cared for. Thank you for all that you do.
They have a great team here now!
