I am not the type of person who complains or writes bad reviews. But I feel the need to share my experience. I visited this vet office for the first time a few weeks ago with my six year old Pomeranian and he died within an hour of leaving the office. My little boy was having difficulty catching his breath and his panting had a strange cough. Brought my dog in last minute. They got me in and out in 45 minutes. The prices were very affordable. 2 medicines, a shot and the exam were right at $100. The staff was very friendly and informative. I will definitely be going again and probably will start to use as my regular vet.
The only vet I will take my dogs to! They are beyond amazing and are very willing to work with you. I recommend them 100%
The vet is somewhat judgmental. The girls were friendly, but the one thing this business fails to do is explain what they are giving your pet or give you the option to weigh in on care. They take out several shots and pills, but you only find out what was given when you are paying the bill. There is a sign that lets you know to tell the receptionist when you are on a budget. 1st time there Saturday with my very sick lil Yorkie, and left a very satisfied customer. From Heidi the receptionist to the staff who took such care with my baby, I was very pleased. The prices are much more reasonable than other places in town, and the level of professionalism & care is 2nd to none!
Staff was nice! The veterinarian talked to me as though I was stupid and was just down right rude and I couldn’t get a word in edge wise!! I will never go back there!! I will pay extra and go to the Emergency vet.
They have always been there for us. The best vet & staff I have found in this area! Reasonable prices & really cares!♡
