This review is not about the vet but about trying to make an appointment. I have filled out and submitted the new patient documents three times over the past few months and have never received a call or email back. I have also called the office multiple times and no one answers as well as the mailbox always being full. I guess they don't need the business and at this point I'd rather not go there anyway.
Dr. Corcoran was one of the names suggested by our primary vet, and we could not have been happier with the service she and her office provided. She is an extremely busy doctor, yet she never skips any steps—she carefully goes through the entire procedure and is very patient with every question. Our dog is 15 years old, and as she said, three weeks post-surgery he was perfectly fine. She makes sure to provide all the details so you know exactly what to expect and are never disappointed.
