Recommendedgreat staff. super caring vet. she talks to u like a fur parent and seems so understanding when ur furbaby doesn't feel good which leads to u not feeling good. during this pandemic I had taken my dog to 3 other places and all wouldn't help my dog with his spring allergies. just told me to deal with it, change flea medication and do medicated baths . my dog wasn't sleeping he had started to bite himself and was so awful to watch him suffer and not do anything. a friend recommended this place and I gave it a chance and prayed ... read more
They diagnosed my cat right away and are extremely caring and competent.
I called I was speaking to the Manager Lauren and I asked her if 4:30pm or 5:00pm we’re still available. She said yes put me on hold for 5 minutes while she did I was getting the car ready etc. wanted to make sure I was early. Then she gets back on the phone and tells me they were no longer available. And couldn’t accommodate me anymore. You would think the manager would know the availability. I would not recommend this place.

Dr. Swimmer is so kind and compassionate. It is peaceful, and reasonably priced especially for the area. The staff are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I work with so many animal rescues and vets and I was struggling to find an honest vet near me in Pasadena. I was referred to this place and what a relief!!!!! Rebecca swimmer was so kind to my cat nightlife and my dog Waldo. I’m bringing all my animals here from now on and all the rescues I save! Jason was also so kind along with the girl working the front desk! Five thousand stars ⭐️ bring your pets here...they really care about the animals and the prices are honest and fair ❤️❤️❤️❤️
