Went to get my dog a microchip. Fist thing they did was push a heavy scale infront of him which scared him for a second so he barked at it . The vet tech then said oh he's aggressive (which he's not) then said if he bites us we will call animal control oh him, I have never heard a vet say that. As a person who works with dogs there's a Chace of getting bit . She also said the same thing to the person behind us because her dog barked at a cat . They do not know how to work with or handle animals properly!!

Nightmare. Veterinarian, if he was one, let dogs set on floor ( putting dog in charge)while he crawled and sat around on floor looking for place to draw blood. Spray water on leg, look awhile longer.40 minutes on 1st dog and never got the draw. Same with shots, afraid to stick dog. Tullahoma,Tn store we were 2nd in line but left after watching him 4/21/2023. Will never return. People were in line all the way out door. Guess he would leave at 6 (4:30-6pm) with no dogs completed and time to see 3???? They were good yrs ago but... read more

They didn't listen to me or my fiance when we said our cats are not aggressive when getting shots! They man handled our cats and didn't listen when told the cats are very friendly and don't bite or scratch, instead said we don't know what the cats will do when getting shots! We have had our 3 cats since they were VERY young. I've taken them to many vets who've all said how great my kitties are and I've been told they never even hissed at the vet when getting any surgeries done to them. They are so calm that most vets let me ... read more

DO NOT USE THEM. I tried to use them to get a quick series of shots, so my dogs could be boarded the following week and the usual vet had no openings available. Tractor Supply in Brunswick, ME offered the service of vaccinations using Petvet /Vip Pet Care. Arrived at Tractor Supply early and 5 minutes before the Vet was scheduled to show up, they send an email to TSC that they will be a no show. 10 people waiting in line and outside had to be turned away. Went to PetCo in the next town and had everything done in 30 minut... read more

Sham of a business. Clinic set for 12.17 tractor supply in maryville. Take day off work to get puppy vaccinations and use coupon sent to me by petvetgood only thru 1.3.23. An hour before the clinic is to start it disapears off website and a call to the tractor supply to find out its now cancelled. No other clinic for a month and guess what the coupons are then expired. Just more reason to use an actual vet.

I will never ever take any pet to this mobile Pet Vet Clinic at Tractor Supply in Gallatin the Veterinarian was okay however assisted staff seem to be newbies not professional at all!! I took my puppy (9 weeks old) in for 2nd set of shots and microchip and the assisted staff held him down as if he was a viscous dog. She gave him the shot and he yelped horribly!! The microchip they inserted by Pet Key sucks as well not only did I get charged $70.00 for the microchip but in order for it to be activated had to pay an addition... read more

I went to the Tractor Supply vet clinic.  I would never recommend it to anyone. They falsely state the pup wil be checked out for vitals. All they did was weight and take a swipe thermometer belly rub, which I know is not precise.   Further I explained I was looking for a vet to fully examine the pup as I signed in and they said they would.  The vet doctor Chi Pham only stabbed the puppy Hanny and did the oral dewormer. The stated the clinic was only a shot clinic.   This contradicts the fact she just inspected a cat for ear... read more
