Dr. Carey is a very good, very observant vet, but I am not very happy with the office staff right now. This was strike three for me. Lady comes in an hour and a half late and is ushered in ahead of me. My 11:30 appointment had already been moved to 12:30 because they were behind. (They nicely called me - twice - as they were running late) Paperwork was not up-dated after my first visit, then at Thanksgiving my male was very ill and in pain and I had to find another vet (same thing with the vet I had used for 8 years) who, wh... read more
Dr. Carey (who looks like a teenager) and his assistant, Victoria, came and gave my two furballs their shots, etc. They were great!! I'll use them from now on. Thank you so much!!
Dr Carey has taken care of all my fur babies ( even when he was still in school) for 12 or so years.. Will ALWAYS be our choice..
Dr. Carey made a house call to examine my 18 yr old cat who HATES to go to the vet. She wasn't happy being examined, but Dr. Carey was very gentle with her. He understands my position on her health care and made good suggestions to improve her quality of life. By the end of the visit, she had settled down enough for him to be able to pet her. So much less trauma than a visit to the vet's office. I wish I'd found this practice years ago!
Very caring group of people. I called to cancel the appointment for Dexter when he died and they were so comforting over the phone. I just received notification that they made a charitable donation in Dexter's name. I feel that they care not only about the animals, but the owners as well.
