I had an appointment at 7am. I got there at 6:50am and all of the lights were off....no biggie they open at 7am. At 7:02am staff starting walking past my care and in to the office and the lights came on around 7:06am. The policy is to call and check in for your appointments then they meet you at the door. As I am sitting in my vehicle several of the employees are loitering around the front desk and see me so they walk out of view. Nooooi considerate of how I wanted to keep my address private against my abusive husband and then refuse care for my dog and then didn't give me an any other options about how to work this out she just simply walked away and gave me back my money and then I said no no no no no
RecommendedRummy had her 1st vet visit yesterday and nobody else would see new clients but vet stop not only saw her but were friendly and helpful. They made an apt for very soon after I called. They also have a convenient ap to keep records or schedule apts. I’m thankful that my dog was in good hands as I could not go in with her due to corona. Thank you vet stop see you soon!
VET STOP has been so kind and understanding with my nearly 16yo cat Midnight. He is terrified of the vet office due to the office I use to take him to, and for about 10 years now the staff and doctors at Vet Stop have worked with him and his “extra” behavior and still been kind, gentle, and always given him excellent care. They truly understand and love their animal patients and always go the extra mile to take care of them. Idk what I’d do to care for my now elderly cat without their help.
This was our 1st visit and it went very smooth and everyone was so nice!!
My family has been going to them for 20 years, and taken 5 dogs and 3 cats to them. They have helped us with anything and everything, including hip dysplasia, heartworms, UTIs, fleas, worms, and kidney failure in our pets. The vet and her tech, whom were both very pleasant people, performed Rukia’s routine checkup and gave her her shots quickly and efficiently, while exhibiting the utmost care and concern for her; not to mention, they accept debit/credit cards, which my dog’s old vet did not.
Their care and compassion for my pets.
