Beware. The worst vet ever!!! Do not believe the lies when they cannot admit something they did. Everyone makes mistakes but they will not admit theirs. No integrity. Sorry but I would give them zero stars if that was an option due to their greed. Upcharging customers is what many businesses do these days. I'm so tired of deception. Edina Pet is good, but beware of Plymouth location.
My family has had multiple dogs, cats, & horses in the past 50 years. We've lived in different areas of MN & US so have been to many vets. This was the WORST experience I have ever had! Paid way more than expected. Also received & paid for a vaccine not needed. Communication at this location is terrible. They did not listen to anything I said. I don't remember the last time I've been so upset. Finally, no follow-up call to ask how my animal was doing. PLEASE go ANYWHERE else to get care for your animal.
