Took my baby up there today and loved the service and Dr I seen. Dr answered all my questions and was very patient with me. We are new parents to a OLDE ENGLISH BULLDOG so I had lots of question lol THANKS VET MED
The front line staff is extremely rude and uncaring. My pups were boarded there and when I got them home they were extremely skittish and withdrawn. It literally took a month for them to return to their normal behavior. And on top of that, they come home with fleas!! I left in tears the day I dropped them off, and the staff just rolled their eyes at me. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!
Vet Med is awesome, my Yorkies get excited when we pull in the parking lot. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Huggins went overboard when Harleigh had her puppies and needed medical treatment.
Nothing but wonderful. I have four dogs. One was attacked and had to have surgery and staples to repair his entire neck. He is 8 years old and we thought the worst. The drs went above and beyond. A week later my puppy got parvo. Making Twice we've dealt with parvo virus. Vet med saved both of them. Dr Huggins has come up at all hours of the night to check in and provide the best care. I could never thank the staff here enough for what they have done.
Dr. Huggins is the best!!! You can tell that he truly loves his job and will treat you and your pets great!
It is such a relief to know that if I need a vet, they are only a quick phone call away! Both vets are awesome. When my older Yorkie baby had a seizure, Bryan met us at vet Med within minutes. I was so worried and thankful to have a vet check him so quickly. The front office staff have always been helpful and kind, especially considering how extremely busy they are every day.
